The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States . Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.

IP Anonymization
Your privacy is our main concern that's why we requested IP address anonymization,
When a customer of Google Analytics requests IP address anonymization, Analytics anonymizes the address as soon as technically feasible. The IP anonymization feature in Analytics sets the last octet of IPv4 user IP addresses and the last 80 bits of IPv6 addresses to zeros in memory shortly after being sent to Google Analytics. The full IP address is never written to disk in this case.
Opt-out
You can prevent Google’s cookie generated collection of data, referring to your use of the website (incl. your IP address), plus the processing of the data, by downloading and installing the browser-plugin, which you can find here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
